My duties include preparing our product (Network and Bandwidth
Resource Management Products) by loading and configuring the software,
branding and preparing/building the desktop units. It is a Linux based
software. Also I prepare the packages. I also have maintained our RMA returns
and troubleshoot hardware and refurbish units for resale reuse. I also have
several other duties and “hats” to wear in the company as well. As of March
2011, I became responsible for assembly of all of our Servers and Product in
addition to Shipping. As of July 2012, I was testing and providing Quality
Assurance for our software at this company, this includes network setups and
our products implementation in a office network. As of November 2012 I moved
back into the role of building our product and quality assurance/shipping. I
was moved into our Support position as of July 2015 and have been in that
roll since providing high end support for Network Administrators and our
product.

Tech/Shipping & Receiving. Temporary position for Channel One Networks
client. Duties included phone support for client as well as shipping
equipment to technicians in the field. Learned FedEx Shipping software and
shipping methods.

Technical Support Agent Phone agent for TaxWorks software. This is a
contract job that will end this year. Duties include helping customers
install and implement the software and also helping with other general
questions about the software.

During this time (and other times) I am building and troubleshooting
PC’s for my own customer base. Have built at least 12-15 systems that I
continue to troubleshoot and work on to this day.

Computers XPS Line. Eventually all XPS support was transferred to India and
